We're in Italy?!
Guys, We're in Italy. Just kidding. We're not in Italy What kind of channel do you think this is? We don't have a budget for Venezia. We are at the historic Venice canals and I have a very cool new listing nearby. I can't wait to show you. Let's go.
Bienvenidos! Yo soy Ben Belack, el Super Realtor de Beverly Hills. I don't know why this just went Spanish when we were in Venice, I think it's probably because the house is a Spanish style. Wait, before we go in, you've got to check out how great all this landscaping is. So beautiful, right? Let's take a look inside the Spanish style, beach crash pad but a few blocks from the surf and sand.
Venice Beach truly is an amalgamation of older homes and new moderns with not much in between - and what I love so much about this residence is that it has the amenities of a modern home but it's dressed in many of the details that we come to love in a character Spanish. I love this main level and that we have a dedicated dining area connecting the living room and a modern kitchen, which is equipped with Viking and Wolf appliances. Also on this level, is an office and an attached two-car garage, and the house itself being on a smaller lot like many are in Venice. The maintenance is incredibly low, which makes it truly a condo alternative, a lock and go solution for the New Yorker moving out of a condo, wanting a place by the ocean. That said, let's go take a look at the master suite and guest bedrooms.
I really love this functional flex space centrally located between the bedrooms on the second floor, it's really thoughtful design. Speaking of thoughtful design let's take a look at the master suite. The master suite is equipped with high ceilings, a large patio, a giant walk-in closet, and the master bathroom is detailed with the dual vanity, a jetted tub and the ultra-cool details of vertical subway and vintage Spanish tiling. I'm telling you, these tours, they would get me tight... Are you filming this? Come on! Anyway, I always promise a surprise at the end of these things, it's usually some sort of outdoor amenity, and that is the case here. Let's take a look. How perfect is this rooftop deck? With 360 degree views of the Hollywood Hills, the Santa Monica Mountains. It shines during the day, but it is electric at night. Take a look. Hope you enjoyed this week's tour!
